Insulet has reserved hotel sleeping rooms to accommodate Insulet attendees at various hotels across New Orleans. All contracted properties are Marriott properties.

Hotel Reservations

A sleeping room reservation at one of our contracted hotels will be made for you based on the dates you enter during the registration process. If you do not require a hotel room, please note that as well. You will be responsible for all associated hotel room and incidental charges incurred during your stay and will be required to place a credit card down upon check in at the hotel and expense back to your individual department..  

If you have been asked to staff the booth, please plan to arrive into New Orleans by 1:00 p.m. on June 5 and depart after 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 8.

When to Arrive

All scheduled booth staff will be required to attend the pre-show training and meeting that will begin promptly at 3:00 p.m. All other Insulet attendees are welcome to join the pre-show meeting which will be held from 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. followed by a short walk to the convention center and a tour of the Omnipod booth prior to the ADA Welcome Reception beginning at 6:30 PM in the exhibit hall.

Local Airports

The Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) is located roughly 13-16 miles (20 - 30 minutes) from the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Key options include taxis ($36+), Uber/Lyft (approx. $70-$120), or pre-booked airport shuttles for $20-$40 per person.
